Florida Man Landen Michael Hillman got a pair of bracelets and took a ride to the Clay County Jail charged with four counts of lewd exhibition after Sheriff’s investigators tracked him down during a 5-month investigation.
Hillman was arrested after allegedly exposing himself to at least three victims in the area of Orange Park, according to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
Detectives with the Clay County Sheriff’s Office arrested Landen Hillman, 19, outside his home Thursday on four counts of the lewd exhibition and one count of luring or enticing a child.

Deputies say that investigators received three similar reports over five months of a man exposing himself to three victims.
The first report was received on October 1, 2022. A female victim reported that a man in his late teens or early twenties driving a gold Honda exposed himself in the 900 block of Tyne’s Boulevard. CCSO deputies took a report of the incident and transferred the case to the Special Victim’s Unit.
As SVU detectives continued their investigation into the first incident, a second victim reported a similar incident on Red Oak Circle on March 19, 2023, near Moody Avenue.

After the second incident, a third similar incident occurred on March 27, 2023, in the Eagle Landing area, where a 15-year-old girl reported that a man exposed himself to her.
When deputies investigated the incident, they were able to link the incident to another case. The victims in both cases described a similar man and vehicle and developed probable cause to arrest and charge Hillman.
Clay County Sheriff Michelle Cook said,
“They were so incredibly brave, and I am very, very proud of them,” Sheriff Cook said of the young women who reported the incidents, “We will continue working to protect the children of our community. After further investigation, Investigators arrested 19-year-old Landen Hillman, who lives in the Oakleaf area. Investigators were able to link Hillman to a third case from 2022.

Hillman was transported to the Clay County Jail, with a bond set at $375,015.
