House Republicans have introduced a new bill That would halt the Biden Administration’s attempts to add ‘X’ gender to immigration forms, citing the national security concerns that would come from Biden’s attacks on American bureaucratic processes.
The bill was introduced by Arizona representative Debbie Lesko, who slammed Biden for his constant and catastrophic failures on immigration, foreign policy, and national security.

Lesko continued her criticisms of the rapid national decline Biden has overseen.
“As a result of this national security crisis, this administration’s top priority should be protecting the homeland by properly screening and vetting travelers, not wasting taxpayer resources to push the far left’s gender ideology.”
Lesko’s first bill would mandate that two genders be on the forms: male and female.
A second bill introduced by Lesko would pre-emptively halt any attempts by the Biden administration to add the ‘X’ option to any TSA pre-check forms, which allows travelers to bypass several security measures. The Arizona Representative will likely get it through a sympathetic and Republican-dominated House of Representatives.
Secretary of State Antony Blinken said the new ‘X’ gender included on immigration forms would be more “inclusive.”

Biden and his administration have spent nearly his entire term slowly swaying an already left-leaning bureaucracy toward radical gender ideology. One controversial push in late 2022 saw the deliverance of new healthcare packages, including “gender-affirming care” for federal employees, with the recent price hike funded by taxpayers.
Republicans have often been silent on some of Biden’s policies, perhaps owing to the multi-front legal assault that the administration and its bureaucratic supporters have launched. The push by Lesko could be the beginning of a new Republican resistance to Biden’s culture war victories.

The White House has indicated that it will veto bills that go against trans ideology. In April, the administration said they would veto any attempts at dividing school sports by gender. With the Republicans only marginally controlling the House and not having control of the Senate, a veto by Biden would effectively kill any legislative moves by House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell.

Notably lacking from Lesko’s bills are attempts at repealing some of Biden’s other trans ideology policies. The policies being targeted by Lesko also included the possibility for American citizens to change their gender on passports without any medical records to show trans surgeries or hormone therapies.
Recent polling from The Washington Post also shows that most Americans – 57% – believe that gender is assigned at birth – an idea antithetical to trans ideology and radical-left gender ideology.
The American people statistically do not want Biden’s radical trans agenda; they are simply waiting for legislators like Lesko to stop it.
