Chaya Raychick, the creator of the viral social media account Libs of Tik Tok, visited Democrat Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s office to “get some answers” after AOC had “defamed” her, connecting her to a bombing threat of a children’s hospital.
The feud began with the democrat congresswoman who argued, while questioning a representative of Twitter, that right-wing objection to gender surgeries being performed on minors directly inspired a bomb threat on Boston Children’s Hospital, a threat which was ultimately empty.
“Despite inspiring a bomb threat due to the right-wing incitement of violence against trans-Americans because they cannot let go of this obsession with inciting violence against trans people. This is the party that can’t pick on anyone their own size.”

The feud began with the democrat congresswoman who argued, while questioning a representative of Twitter, that right-wing objection to gender surgeries being performed on minors directly inspired a bomb threat on Boston Children’s Hospital, a threat which was ultimately empty.
During her tirade, Ocasio-Cortez mentioned Libs of Tik-Tok, which reposted a video of a Boston Children’s Hospital spokeswoman, a pediatric gynecologist, discussing hysterectomies. In the caption, Raychick claimed these procedures were being offered to minors.

Ocasio-Cortez repeatedly claimed this was false and that no hysterectomies were being offered to children, calling it “a lie circulated by other prominent far-right influencers.”

While BCH’s website does not directly admit to offering hysterectomies to minors, it does admit it is “guided by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) standards and other criteria to treat people who are stable in their gender identity surgically.”
So what is WPATH’s guidance? In the most recent version of its Standards of Care book, Version 8 on page fifty, recommendation 6.12 g, WPATH condones hysterectomies for adolescents, among other treatments.
“6.12.g- The adolescent had at least 12 months of gender-affirming hormone therapy or longer, if required, to achieve the desired surgical result for gender-affirming procedures, including breast augmentation, orchiectomy, vaginoplasty, hysterectomy, phalloplasty, metoidioplasty, and facial surgery as part of gender-affirming treatment unless hormone therapy is either not desired or is medically contraindicated.”
This is despite WPATH’s own admission on page 67 of Version 8 that there is a current lack of long-term evidence on the impact of such surgeries on youth.
“There is, however, limited data on the optimal timing of gender-affirming interventions as well as the long-term physical, psychological, and neurodevelopmental outcomes in youth.”
This disproves, or at the very least seriously contradicts, AOC’s claims that Raychick and other conservative figures were wrong when they claimed BCH offered hysterectomies to young girls.
This led to Raychick trying to speak to AOC directly but was instead met with her aide, who claimed that the congresswoman wasn’t present.
“I don’t think we’re going to get to talk to her. We don’t I don’t know if she’s in or not, but I think that that door slams where it’s really telling. So I don’t think they want to talk to us.”
Raychick left a note encouraging Ocasio-Cortez not to “lie about American citizens.”

When interviewed by Tucker Carlson later, Raychick revealed she was not surprised that AOC “cowered away.”
“I absolutely had no expectations for her to own up to it. I went to her office, and I was ready to sit down with her and get to the bottom of this and explain it. And I don’t know if she was in the office or not, but I know she cowered away,”
