Weinroth to Author Legislation to Abolish the U.S. Dept. of Education
Weinroth joins Trump’s call to dismantle the Dept. of Ed.
Boca Raton, FL–Robert Weinroth, GOP Candidate for Florida’s 23rd Congressional District, has announced that he will author legislation to abolish the U.S. Department of Education if elected to Congress in November.
“Why should we trust unelected D.C. bureaucrats with their woke agendas, to decide what’s best for South Florida’s children?” said Weinroth. “Parents and teachers know what’s best for our students and it’s time to put them back in control.”
Weinroth continues, “Presidents from Ronald Reagan to Donald Trump have advocated that we abolish the Department of Education and I want to make sure we get the job done. It’s time to put an end to this government overreach and I pledge to help Pres. Trump restore the responsibility of education back to the local communities who have a better grasp of what they need their children to learn.”
“As someone who has created jobs and hired people, I’ve witnessed the decline in our nation’s education, and if we’re going to have a thriving economy once again, we also need educated citizens, not indoctrinated ones.”
