An unidentified passenger turned irate and began cursing at the flight crew due to a crying baby on a flight to Ft. Lauderdale.
The flight took off from Baltimore and was headed for Ft Lauderdale, but due to weather conditions, the flight was put into a holding pattern for approximately an hour over West Palm Beach.

The passenger then went into an unhinged rant cursing flight attendants for not doing anything about the crying baby, and it was all caught on video.
The 4-minute video, which has gone viral on TikTok, starts with the passenger complaining, “That child has been crying for 40 minutes.”
When a flight attendant admonished him, stating, “You are yelling.” He returns the comment by saying, “So is the baby!”
“Did that motherf***er pay extra to yell?” he asked, referring to the toddler.
“I’m not screaming,” yelled the man. “You want me to scream? You want me to scream? I’ll (expletive) scream. Please stop the baby from (expletive) crying. Please.”
“I paid for a ticket to have a (expletive) comfortable flight,” the man said.
The angry and annoyed passenger also went off on the parents and anyone else who tried to talk over him.

Flight attendants and other officials tried to diffuse the situation, but the man said the baby’s cries triggered him.
“I had headphones on; I was sleeping,” he said. “Why is the baby yelling?”
In the video, a woman beside him tried to calm him down, but none of her efforts worked.
“We are in a (expletive) tin can with a baby in the goddamn echo chamber, and you want to talk to me about being (expletive), OK?” he said.
The man continued the tirade and invoked the race card for his finale`. “If that was a Black baby—What the f**k would be happening?” he asked the male flight attendant who told him, “I’m not going to go there.”
The flight was diverted to Orlando because of the man’s behavior, and passengers were asked to get off the plane.
Officials tried to remove him from the flight, but he refused.
That’s when everyone on board was told to get off.
The man was seen later being questioned by law enforcement in Orlando, but It remains unclear if he faced any consequences over his outburst.
Southwest Airlines commented on the situation stating, “We commend our crew for exhibiting outstanding professionalism while handling a challenging situation, and we offer our apologies to the other customers onboard who had to experience such unacceptable behavior.”
