Illinois Woman Alyssa Konkel, 26, got caught with her pants down after falling on the gym treadmill and ended up with her leggings pulled down around her ankles.
Konkel told Compass Media of the humiliating accident, which occurred while she went for a run at the gym last month.
“I was just running at the gym, and my pants got sucked off!”

She had reportedly set the machine to “level 10,” which was admittedly “very fast.”
Viral footage shared online shows the 26-year-old – dressed in a pink top and black leggings – suddenly trip on the treadmill track and desperately try to cling on to the handles.
The force of the treadmill on her knees proved too much.
As the treadmill keeps going, it catches her leggings and pulls them right down to her ankles, exposing her bottom to the whole gym before launching Alyssa off the back.
Alyssa said: ‘I felt so embarrassed. I had to leave immediately. I was running at the gym, and my pants got sucked off!’
It’s unclear what sparked the disastrous chain reaction. However, Konkel claimed:
“When I watched the video back … I saw my shoelace was untied, and I tripped and fell.”
‘I jumped up, up like a boss, immediately to pull my pants up because my butt was showing, and that’s where I let go.
“I hurt myself — my face, lip, knees, and shins are skinned,” added the gymgoer, who said she was “so embarrassed” she had to “leave immediately.”
‘Thankfully, the gym was not too busy, but the lady who ran back came back to me and asked if I was OK.’
Alyssa shared the video on her social media channel; as you can imagine, it’s gone viral.

The one silver lining was the facility was “not too busy,” and the person in the video who approached her afterward asked if she was OK, according to Konkel.
Unfortunately, this isn’t Konkel’s treadmill episode.
“This also happened when I was 10 years old and skinned my chin, so now I’m really afraid of treadmills,” she said.
