A man in the Moline, Illinois, area went berserk for unknown reasons and started going through a neighborhood, destroying everything in his path until stopped by a homeowner and a golf cart.
A video of the unidentified man going on a rampage has gone viral. It shows the man near North Shore Drive along the Rock River, destroying thousands of dollars in property in the neighborhood.

The video starts with a group of people watching as a man in a pink shirt throws rocks through different windows, with people warning him to stop.
Reports were coming in from other people in the neighborhood that the man caused much damage even before the video was started.
Kevin Nolan shared a photo of the windshield of his Audi, which the man allegedly threw a rock into.
Another neighbor showed a photo of her sliding door that had fallen victim to the man.
The video was taken by a group of International Brotherhood of Electricians members who said the rampage started at the union hall.
According to witnesses, the man appeared at the IBEW union building, knocking over a motorcycle, trying to tear a car door off, and throwing rocks at the vehicles.
The vehicle with the damaged door faces roughly $4,500 in repairs from the incident.
The man walked two doors down the road, where the video started.
In the video, the man was breaking out the windows of one home with a concrete paver when suddenly, a golf cart drives into the video.

The golf cart driver and owner of the damaged home are the same, and he hits the man and runs him over, pinning him underneath the Golf cart.
The golf cart came to a stop just before the river, and the suspect was pinned underneath the cart.
Sirens can be heard in the background, and from under the golf cart, the suspect can be heard saying,
“I’m sorry, bro. I’m sorry!”

According to witnesses, Police arrived on the scene first but had to wait for the fire department to arrive to safely remove the golf cart from on top of the man.
The suspect was arrested after being pulled from under the cart.
