In a video rant recently posted to Twitter and Tik Tok, a father reveals that a doctor conducting a routine physical on his nine-year-old son asked the child if he identifies as a “boy, a girl, genderfluid, or non-binary.”

“I just pulled over to do this video because I’m literally on fire right now,” the indignant father began.
“I just got off the phone with my wife, who took my 9 and 7-year-old boys to the doctor today to get physicals for tackle football and school next year and all that other s***. My 9-year-old son went in first, and the first thing this woman asks him is if he identifies as a boy, a girl, genderfluid or nonbinary. My son has never heard of any of that s*** before.”
The Dad then said that this question is made worse because his sons have been seeing that doctor their entire lives, and his 9-year-old is “clearly a boy’s boy.” In light of this, he then asked the pressing question as to the doctor’s motives.
“So what are you trying to plant, a f****** seed in his head?” he said
The father went on to speculate the doctor would have posed the same question to his younger seven-year-old if his wife hadn’t stepped in.
‘The only thing I could be thankful for is that my wife took them instead of me, and props to my wife because she said something. And if she didn’t, they would ask my 7-year-old son the same damn question. This s*** is ridiculous.”
Predicting backlash from online leftists, the father said there’s “something wrong” who see no issue with the doctor’s conduct.
“And to the people out there who think that there’s nothing wrong with that, and I’m just a transphobe or all that s***, you’re f***** up. This is bulls***, and there’s something wrong with you.”
In the original Tik Tok caption, the man called the situation “wrong on so many levels” and invoked Pink Floyd’s song, Another Brick in the Wall, writing, “leave them kids alone.”
The angry father was not alone in his opposition to the doctor’s behavior and the broader trend that it represents.
Twitter, Tesla, and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk replied to a tweet containing the video, writing,

Other prominent voices joined the chorus, including the conservative pundit Hodge Twins and Cartoonist Scott Adams, who wrote, “Yeah, dads are done.”

Pundit and original TweeterBillboard Chris thanked Musk and recommended actions for fellow concerned parents, including joining Moms for Liberty and getting involved in school boards and local politics.
