A new attack ad campaign launched Monday in the swing states is going after Vice President Kamala Harris for her role in promoting sex change operations for children. The campaign was launched by the conservative advocacy group CatholicVote, which used Medicaid data to uncover hundreds of instances of minors undergoing breast removal, hysterectomy, and even castration. The surgeries are taxpayer-funded.
The 30-second TV spots are airing in Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. All four states currently offer services to medically transition minors under the guise of “gender-affirming care.”
“Sound weird? Disgusting? It is. And you’re paying for it,” the narrator says in the ads. “Kamala Harris supports these taxpayer-funded sex-change operations. A vote for Harris: a vote for medical experiments on kids.”
According to the data, at least 236 underage girls in the four states have had their breasts removed. CatholicVote also discovered numerous instances of underage girls undergoing hysterectomies, as well as underage boys having their genitalia removed.
The six-figure ad campaign highlights Harris’ role in promoting “gender-affirming care.”

In Pennsylvania, 97 underage girls had their breasts removed, 14 underage girls underwent hysterectomies, and countless young boys had genital amputations using YOUR money.

“Most people have no idea of the size, scope and money involved in the trans agenda being pushed on our kids,” CatholicVote President Brian Burch said in a statement. “Talk about weird, physically healthy boys and girls are having their genitals and sexual organs destroyed, and Kamala Harris and her Democratic allies in the Senate not only think that’s acceptable, but are forcing taxpayers to pay for it.”
“Unlike fracking, defunding the police, or securing the border, Kamala has not yet flip-flopped on forcing Americans to pay for medical experiments on children,” Burch continued.
According to CatholicVote, the list of Medicaid-covered transgender procedures for children include breast removals, nipple reconstructions, testicle castrations, removals of the vaginal wall, penis amputations, skin grafts and nerve creations, vocal-cord procedures, breast implants, and urethra reconstructions.
The Harris-Biden administration has repeatedly affirmed their support for these taxpayer-funded procedures.

A report by the Washington Times compiles the numerous legal cases where the Harris-Biden Administration has sued to expand access to sex change operations for minors.
Just last year, the Department of Justice sued Tennessee over a law prohibiting gender-transitioning drugs and surgeries for minors, claiming that it “discriminates against transgender youth.”
In 2022, a “Fact Sheet” released by the White House stated that “providing gender-affirming care is neither child maltreatment nor malpractice.”
An “explainer” released that same year by Health and Human Services also describes “gender-affirming surgeries” as an option “used in adulthood or case-by-case in adolescence,”
All four major swing states explicitly cover “transgender-related health care” in their Medicaid policies.
