[VIDEO] Karine Jean-Pierre Visibly Uncomfortable When Asked if Biden is Worried About Future Indictment
As former President Donald Trump was arraigned in a New York court for alleged ‘hush money’ payments made to Stormy Daniels, conservatives demanded Biden get prosecuted, and when asked about the possibility of a Biden indictment White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre acted visibly uncomfortable.
Trump pled Not Guilty in response to the charges and has remained defiant, calling the indictment a politically motivated prosecution.
On Tuesday, Biden Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked if President Biden was concerned that he could face prosecution after Trump’s indictment.
“President Biden is a lawyer….Is he concerned at all that a local DA indicating a former president could…open up the possibility, set the precedent that local DAs that don’t like former President Biden could indict him?” Peter Doocy asked Karine Jean-Pierre.
DOOCY TIME: "President Biden is a lawyer….Is he concerned at all that a local DA indicting a former president could…open up the possibility, set the precedent that local DAs that don't like former President Biden could indict him?"

Some high-profile conservatives have said that it is time for state prosecutors to take a more aggressive approach towards the Biden administration in the wake of Trump’s indictment.
“Republicans need to learn how to take off the gloves and put on the brass knuckles and break glass jaws — politically and legally, not physically,” Mike Davis, a former chief counsel for nominations on the Senate Judiciary Committee and president of the Article III Project, told The Post.

Davis said there is already enough evidence to open investigations into Joe Biden due to illicit business activities carried out by his son, Hunter Biden. Recent evidence has shown that Joe Biden was likely, at minimum, aware of Hunter’s actions and may have aided him.
“You’re looking at the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, bribery, tax evasion, gun charges, conspiracy, obstruction, espionage using stolen classified records from the Obama White House for his Ukrainian and Chinese deals,” Davis said of potential charges against Joe Biden.
He suggested it might be easier to charge Biden due to statutes dealing with ‘foreign corruption.’
“Maybe these states have a long-arm statute when you’re dealing with foreign corruption. Who knows? Maybe New York and Florida and places like that can start looking into this,” Davis said before suggesting state tax fraud charges as another possible avenue.
Another prominent talking head, FOX News host Mark Levin, said that state attorneys could charge Biden with tax fraud while he is still in office and ‘test’ the constitutionality of prosecuting a sitting President. He said there would be ‘no future for the Republican Party if they do not retaliate in response to Trump’s indictment.

Biden faces a similar dilemma as Trump does regarding classified documents being misplaced in his private residence.

New developments from House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky. indicate that Biden’s attorneys may have intentionally misled investigators by failing to reveal that Biden moved classified documents in November 2022 rather than May 2022 as originally stated.
Meanwhile, House Oversight Committee chairman @RepJamesComer just revealed that testimony from Joe Biden’s former VP assistant Kathy Chung “undermines” the WH story about his classified documents. They were not in a “locked closet” and they were moved in May 2022, not Nov 2022. pic.twitter.com/tHXT2TPWjF

Meanwhile, Trump will not have to appear in New York for another hearing until December 2023.
