THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH, WE MADE HISTORY!
My name is Justin Jones. I’m a 26 year-old community organizer, been arrested over 14 times for good trouble, and I look forward to serving as the next state representative of District 52 (the most diverse district in TN).

Justin Jones tweeted,
“They will try to push a false narrative portraying me as “violent” as a way to deflect from their own actions. They will suggest that I am out of order. That is their strategy. However, I’m hopeful for the chance to present our evidence in a transparent manner.”
The top video shows the Tennessee legislator on top of a police vehicle with an unidentified woman. The bottom video shows Mr. Jones walking up to a truck, blocking it from leaving, grappling with the driver, and trying to prevent the driver from fleeing after attacking him. Despite Jones saying that the narrative is “false,” the video evidence speaks for itself.
Two years after he participated in the BLM riots, Jones’s 2022 election to the Tennessee State House has seen him develop a reputation for impulsivity, including yelling, banging on his desk, and leading protesters in the seizure of the Tennessee capitol on March 30th.
Tennessee Republicans, despite Representative Jones’ support of the attack on the Tennesse capitol and his lawless behavior in 2020, have so far shown no desire to expel him a second time after the Nashville City Council reinstated him.
The handling of the Tennessee Three incident has left Republicans and Democrats outraged.
“It starts to show a pattern of behavior. A person who acts like that should not be in any kind of governmental leadership position. Our government itself needs to be run by stable people” ~Obediencio1 on Twitter
The official Twitter account of the Democratic Party, despite calling Republicans a “threat to democracy,” recently celebrated the return of the capitol-seizing Tennessee three.

The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) was planning to charge Jones for his violent behavior in 2020 but said that “MNPD and District Attorney General Glenn Funk agree that the arrest warrants were issued last night against Justin-Bautista-Jones and Janeisha Harris will be recalled for the present.”
According to the Tennessean, Jones was also accused of two counts of misdemeanor assault and another of disorderly conduct in 2019. The charges stemmed from an incident where he threw coffee at former Republican House Speaker Glen Casada.
The MNPD and district attorney ultimately chose not to hold Representative Jones accountable for his violent and destructive behavior, nor for his attack on the Tennessee speaker, illustrating the decline of the American justice system into one which rewards criminals and punishes patriots.
The extent of Representative Jones’s criminal past is just starting to be uncovered. However, Democrat idolization of him hasn’t waved in the face of it.
The criminal legislator complained to CNN, saying, “[Republican House Speaker Sexton] is an enemy of democracy, and he doesn’t deserve to be in that office of a speaker of the house any longer.”
