Trump Returns to X, Attempts to Silence Musk Livestream FAIL!

President Donald Trump made his long-awaited return to Twitter/X on Monday, posting several times and joining Elon Musk for a Live interview on X spaces that saw over a million in the audience despite a massive cyberattack.

“ENJOY!” Trump said on X in the leadup to the talk.

Towards the beginning of the stream, once listeners reached around five hundred thousand people, technical issues began to arise, with those trying to listen and finding the site frozen.

Musk himself reported that the difficulties were caused by a massive DDOS cyberattack by a currently unknown actor. He went on to say that X had tested spaces earlier in the day to handle up to 8 million concurrent listeners, dispelling speculation that the technical issues were caused by a lack of preparation.

Despite the attack, the space managed to proceed after some delay, where Musk and Trump discussed a wide variety of topics, from foreign policy to energy to the Biden-Harris Administration’s performance.

Musk pointed out that Harris’ campaign is “rewriting history, making Kamala sound like a moderate, when she is in fact far left.”

“She’s worse than Bernie Sanders,” Trump added. “She’s a far-left lunatic.”

Trump went on to slam Harris’ running mate Tim Walz for putting tampons in boys’ school bathrooms in his time as a governor. “Tampons in boys bathrooms, and she believes in that too,” Trump said. ” She picked this guy because he was the closest to her.”

When the conversation touched on the recent assassination attempt on the former President, Trump made clear he wouldn’t change a thing.

In a more vulnerable moment, Musk reflected on his history as a moderate Democrat until recently and offered Trump his honest endorsement.

“This is to people out there in the moderate camp, to say I think you should support Donald Trump for President,” Musk said.

However, several powers-that-be never wanted this interview to get off the ground. Aside from the mysterious DDOS attack, CNN encouraged viewers not to listen in, and even the European Union made a public statement demanding Musk not go forward with the interview, citing recent unrest in the UK centering on immigration issues in the aftermath of the murder of multiple young girls by men suspected of Islamic motivation.

Musk rebuked the request with prejudice.
