Trump Pundit Laura Loomer Denigrates Motherhood, Sparks Mass Outrage on Twitter

Controversial Trump supporter and political pundit Laura Loomer set Twitter aflame on Saturday afternoon, making unclear or outright disparaging remarks about motherhood and marriage. The Florida resident, famed for her low-brow political exchanges with DeSantis supporters and establishment Republicans, would kindle the flame with a strange early-morning jab at the first lady of Florida, Casey DeSantis.

Though ferocious in her attacks against Trump’s primary opponents, Loomer does not work with or for Trump’s 2024 campaign.

After onlookers criticized a childless Loomer for her remarks about “out of control” kids, the pundit would call early marriage and child-rearing a “mediocre life void of accomplishment,” sparking mass outrage from DeSantis and Trump supporters alike.

“I’m enjoying leaving a legacy and creating something of value that can be remembered by others someday instead of rushing into a marriage and pregnancy to live a mediocre life void of accomplishment only to be stuck raising kids who share the DNA of someone I will only grow to resent if I get divorced someday. Nobody wants the baggage of being with someone who has baby daddy or baby mama drama. I’m taking my time and doing things the right way. People would be wise to do the same. Sorry you can’t relate.” ~Laura Loomer on Twitter

Critics would slam the pundit for her bashing of family values – something the Republican party has increasingly integrated into its platform since Trump’s election in 2016.

Supporters said that, despite the response being a “hard take,” they understood her personal decision.

The controversial stance on family directly opposes the candidate she claims to support, with President Trump declaring his intent to create more strong families – and by extension, a stronger country – via a “new baby boom” in an Agenda47 video.

As pressure mounted, Loomer would release a 400-word Twitter statement that accused mothers of being unfulfilled, implied “trad-wives” were either divorced or dating a closet homosexual, and said married women were “settling for men who make them miserable.”

“There’s something very very off putting about women who constantly use their own ‘faith’ to badger other women and tell them they are only worthy of speaking or having an opinion if they allow a man to ejaculate inside of them and knock them up… Believe it or not, there are women in this world who do more than just sit around on Pinterest and pick out wedding dresses and baby clothes and sip mimosas with women at brunch on Sunday while they talk about mundane things.”

Loomer would go on to say that her critics “reek of resentment.”

“Laura, this couldn’t be more true,” one online supporter responded. “Specifically the part where you point out about changing minds. I don’t even think you know how many minds you’ve changed for the best way possible. For that, magadonians are forever thankful.”

Loomer would issue a final response early Sunday morning, saying:

“Ron DeSantis’s staff are so emotional and coming to terms that not even his wife can save his failed campaign. So their new line of attack is attacking me because I don’t have kids… by my own choice.”
