Not only are most people unaware that Palm Beach County is a “hub for refugees,” but they also don’t know the “refugees” are bringing Tuberculosis with them.
Tuberculosis Crisis in Palm Beach County
There has been a 75 percent increase in latent TB cases due to “refugees” entering South Florida, according to the Florida Department of Health, which described Palm Beach County as a “hub for refugees.” The state pays for active TB cases but not latent TB because, as a carrier, you are not sick and can’t infect anyone else unless the disease becomes active. The ask from the Health Care District (HCD) of Palm Beach County is 500K more than they’re already getting to treat the problem because of the massive increase in cases. Will that money keep doubling as more “refugees” come in? Latent TB is common in people who come from places outside of the US. The fact is that any of us can be carriers and not know it. Latent TB is foreign-born. Yours truly is on the board of the HCD. I would never vote against treating people for this, but I firmly believe we must do something about the influx of people we’re getting that no one seems aware of. If this is a problem in PBC, it could spread to the rest of Florida, if it hasn’t already, and beyond. This is a developing story.

She’s looking forward to more public appearances, and we’re looking forward to seeing her look fabulous and fashionable.
Florida Mom Kills Husband- Blames 7-Year-Old Daughter
A Florida mom blamed her 7-year-old daughter for shooting her husband, who was a mechanic at Disney. The woman shot her husband in the head and buried him under a concrete slab. A jury found her guilty of second-degree murder, according to the New York Post. Prosecutors said the woman killed her husband in 2015 and then pretended that he was alive for the next three years. I see a Dateline coming up and possibly a Lifetime movie about this one.
Meanwhile, Palm Beach is Turning into Frogging New York
According to Palmer Magazine, legendary New York restaurant La Grenouille, which recently shuttered its doors after 61 years, may soon announce its move to Palm Beach. This is good news for Palm Beach County foodies; this French restaurant was spectacular.
