Kamala Gaffes at Georgia Rally ‘Worse Than Biden’

Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris baffled audience members with a rambling rally speech on Thursday, which critics say was even less coherent than President Joe Biden’s. Harris delivered her head-scratching performance in Savannah, Georgia, where she tripped over her words, unleashed a word salad, and was interrupted by far-left protesters.

“We have” some hard work ahead of us. But we like hard work. Hard work is good work,” Harri” said, earning a few cheers from the audience. The Vice President made healthcare and abortion access the central themes of her rally.

Turning her attention to opponent Donald Trump, however, Harris struggled to remain on point. After nearly accusing Trump of wanting to terminate the U.S. Supreme Court, she claimed he wanted to nullify the Constitution.

“He even called for termination of the United States supreme, the c— the supreme land of our nation – the United States Constitution,” Harris stuttered.

Harris has enjoyed momentum since replacing Biden at the top of the Democratic ticket in July, but that energy shows signs of slowing. In Georgia, where Harris and Trump are currently matched in the polls, voters seemed less enthused this week. During her speech in Savannah, Harris was interrupted twice by outraged audience members.

“Hold u”, hold up for a second. Hold up for a second. Let me just say something. Let me just say something … I am speaking now,” Harris” said during one interruption.

The demonstrators protested Harris and the Biden administration’s soft support of Israel, demanding they arrange an immediate ceasefire. After security intervened, Harris iterated that the activists “have a “right” to vo “ce their disapproval.

The rally also came just two hours after Harris had given her first sit-down interview since entering the presidential race. After facing weeks of criticism for dodging media appearances, she finally sat down with CNN host Dana Bash.

The interview was released later on Thursday and received heavy criticism for one meandering answer about climate change.

“Dana, I think the most important and most significant aspect of my policy perspective and decisions is my values have not changed. You mentioned the Green New Deal. I have always believed, and I have worked on it, that the climate crisis is real, that it is an urgent matter to which we should apply metrics that include holding ourselves to deadlines around time. We did that with the Inflation Reduction Act. We have set goals for the United States of America, and by extension, the globe, around when we should meet certain standards for reduction of greenhouse gas emissions as an example. That value has not changed.”

The interview was Harris’Harris’time taking questions in nearly 40 days. Trump later responded to the interview, writing on Truth Social, “I just” saw Comrade Kamala Harris’Harris’ to a very weakly-phrased question… her answer rambled incoherently.”
