Honduran Illegals Arrested for Child Sexual Battery in Palm Beach
Three illegal aliens from Honduras were arrested in Palm Beach County last week for committing “numerous” sexual crimes against a child, according to police. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office identified the suspects Tuesday as Selvin Lopez Lopez, Erick Lopez Lopez, and Jesersson Lopez Lopez. Authorities did not say whether the three are related.
“On Friday, three illegal suspects from Honduras … were arrested for numerous counts of Lewd Lascivious Behavior (Capital Sexual Battery) on a minor under 12 years of age,” The sheriff’s office said. “It is believed this despicable behavior took place between August 2024 to the present.”
Selvin and Erick both reportedly crossed the Mexican border illegally in 2021 before turning themselves into Border Patrol. They were instructed to call to receive a court date, but they never did.
Jesersson reportedly crossed the border illegally in 2023 and received a court date for 2028, according to the sheriff’s office.
The trio is currently held in the Palm Beach County jail on no bond.

“Three absolute MONSTERS charged with sexual battery on a 12 year old child,” the Trump Campaign said following the arrests. “All three of them were let into our country by Kamala Harris.”
The case is the latest in a series of crimes this year committed by illegal aliens in Palm Beach County.
In May, deputies arrested 26-year-old Heber Amador Guerrero after he was accused of assaulting and strangling a pregnant teenager. Guerrero had been ordered to be deported as far back as 2017 but continued living in the Palm Beach area.
Only a few days prior, 20-year-old Marvin Dionel Perez Lopez was arrested in Lake Worth for kidnapping and raping an 11-year-old girl. The suspect crossed the border illegally in January and had received a court date for 2027.
In March, another trio of illegal aliens–this time from Guatemala–forced a Lake Worth woman into their van before committing sexual battery at two separate locations.
“They should have never been here to start with. So now you have people that have been victimized that shouldn’t have been victimized at all,” Sheriff Ric Bradshaw said, according to CBS 12 News.
“They’re here illegally and have already broken the law, but yet they’re going to release them into the community,” Bradshaw said. “We’re just hoping that at some point in time, this border gets under control. But in the meantime, we’re being as vigilant as we can be.”
