Epic Troll! Trump Rides Garbage Truck to Rally

Former President Donald Trump donned a high-vis vest and took a ride in a MAGA-themed garbage truck Wednesday, just one day after President Joe Biden called his supporters “garbage.”

“How do you like my garbage truck?” Trump asked reporters from the passenger side window. “This truck is in honor of Kamala and Joe Biden.”

Trump landed in Wisconsin ahead of a rally in Green Bay. After stepping off his plane onto the tarmac, he was greeted by the truck, fully decorated with MAGA branding. The former President took questions from the truck before continuing to the rally.

“For Joe Biden to make that statement, it’s really a disgrace,” Trump told reporters.

The stunt comes just a day after President Biden referred to Trump supporters as “garbage” during a virtual campaign rally for Vice President Kamala Harris. Biden made the comment while condemning remarks by insult comic Tony Hinchcliffe, who had described Puerto Rico as a “floating pile of garbage” at a recent Trump rally. Rather than criticize the comedian, Biden shifted his attack toward Trump’s supporters.

“The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters,” Biden said.

Republicans swiftly denounced Biden’s comment, comparing it to Hillary Clinton’s infamous “basket of deplorables” line.

“I hope you enjoyed this garbage truck,” Trump said before departing. “Thank you very much.”

Trump rode the garbage truck to his rally in Green Bay. Still wearing his high-vis vest, he took the stage and began by addressing Biden’s remarks. “I have to begin by saying, 250 million Americans are not garbage,” he said

“Kamala and Joe call all of us garbage. I call you the heart and soul of America. You built our country.” ~ Donald Trump

Trump was also joined on stage by retired Green Bay quarterback Brett Favre. The former NFL star addressed the crowd,

“Just like the Packers organization, Donald Trump and his organization is a winner and the United States of America won with his leadership.”

“I can assure you we’re not garbage,” he continued: How dare you say that. Looking out I see police officers, teachers, nurses, grandparents, students. I see everyday Americans that make this country great.”

Trump’s Wisconsin rally comes less than a week before election day. Polling shows Trump neck-and-neck with Harris in the state, with pollsters Bloomberg, Trafalgar, and Quinnipiac finding a tie among voters.

According to RealClearPolitics, Trump holds a slight lead of 0.4 points nationally. Polling has gradually shifted in favor of Trump in recent weeks, with Harris having previously held the lead since early August.

“My response to Joe and Kamala is very simple: You can’t lead America if you don’t love Americans, it’s true,” Trump said Wednesday.

“You can’t be president if you hate the American people, which I believe they do, and Kamala Harris is not fit to be president of the United States.”
