Drunk Man Breaks Into Police HQ –Steals Uniform, Urinates on Floor, Dumps Radio in Toilet, Forgets Wallet
Florida Man Joseph Moulton, 36, of Naples, is in jail after he broke into the Naples Police Headquarters building shortly before midnight on Friday and caused chaos during his visit.
Moulton jumped over the south parking lot fence and entered a beach patrol vehicle. That’s how police ultimately identified him, as his wallet was left on the seat. Moulton hid for a few minutes until he saw officers come outside. Then he hid in the bushes before going into action.

According to the police report, Moulton used the nozzle of a water hose and shoved it underneath the west door before turning it on, causing at least an inch of flood damage.
Moulton then forcibly pulled on the Southwest door of the building and gained entry to the building. Once inside, Moulton found his way to the men’s locker room and made himself at home, taking a shower and stealing some clothing.
Moulton stole green tactical pants, a Naples police uniform, and a vest carrier valued at $900.

A few hours later, the police realized they had an intruder. An officer entered the building and saw his gym bag in the kitchen full of wet clothes that weren’t his. He also found a flooded hallway because of the running hose from the side of the building.
The police report also describes that Moulton defecated on the women’s bathroom floor and stuck a police radio in the toilet.
It wasn’t until Moulton made his way to the nearest 7-Eleven that police became aware of Moulton’s actions. One employee called the police after finding Moulton suspicious and believed to be under the influence.
