Dear Fellow Florida Voter:
Should it not be a bare minimum that our judges obey the law and respect the Constitution as well as the citizens they serve?
Sadly, that’s not the case with one of our Supreme Court Justices, Renatha Francis, and you have an opportunity to hold her accountable on November 5th.
I am writing to you as a private citizen exercising my First Amendment Right because I have witnessed firsthand the injustice and abuse of power by Renatha Francis.

That’s why I’m asking you to vote NO on retaining Renatha Francis.
- She was legally ineligible to serve as a Supreme Court Justice. The members of the Florida Supreme Court agreed that she was legally ineligible to serve.
- She lied on her Supreme Court application and was caught red-handed.
- She therefore violated Florida’s Judicial Code of Conduct (Cannons 1, 2, 3, and 4)
- Her education and professional career demonstrate that she has no legitimate legal experience that makes her qualified to be a Judge, let alone a Supreme Court Justice.
- She has a demonstrated record of disrespecting people in her courtroom and threw a blind man in jail.
- She punished me (a Jewish man) for not attending a hearing on a Jewish Holiday after I made the appropriate request to have it postponed so I could celebrate a Jewish Holiday.
- She ruled against me on several occasions and violated my due process rights; I prevailed after a costly appeal.
She used her role as a Supreme Court Justice to bully her neighbors at the community pool which has been documented by the media. - Even after all of that, she still found a way to benefit from political patronage and back-room deals that allowed her to serve on the circuit court and now the Supreme Court.

She claims to be a Constitutional Conservative, but her record proves she’s an opportunist.
Floridians deserve better from our judiciary than to have someone who lacks integrity and abuses power from serving in such an important and influential role.
For all these reasons and more, I’m personally asking you to vote NO on retaining Renatha Francis on November 5th.
It’s time for citizens to hold the people who wear black robes accountable.
Thank you.
Sincerely yours,
P.S. Read more about Florida’s Judicial Code of Conduct and then vote to NOT retain Renatha Francis.
