Failed pillow salesman and full-time gun control activist David Hogg apparently doesn’t spend all of his time on Twitter–he also likes to go to the shooting range and exercise his Second Amendment rights. A new video posted by Hogg on Sunday shows the gun-grabber shooting sporting clays with a shotgun. Hogg has previously denied that the Second Amendment grants Americans any right to own a firearm, but that hasn’t stopped him from enjoying his own “weapons of war.”

Hogg’s favorite anti-Second Amendment slogan, “It’s the guns!” apparently does not apply to his own.

After Twitter users commented on Hogg’s hypocrisy, the liberal activist doubled and tripled down in defense of his hobbies.
“Like I’ve said before I’ve been shooting since I was in 4th grade,” he wrote.
“Many people own guns who also support strengthening gun laws. I’ve grown up around guns and my family owns them. We support stronger gun laws… Like all rights no right is absolute including the second amendment.”

He later posted another video of himself sport shooting with the caption, “Fuck the NRA. I shoot. My family owns guns. They do NOT speak for us.”

“Wait. Why do you and your family get to own firearms but my family and I can’t?” one Twitter user replied.
“They don’t want to get rid of their guns they want you to give up yours,” said another account. “Hogg is from a wealthy family they won’t have to like the government bc they will be haves and you will be the have nots.”

Last week, Hogg wrote on Twitter,
“I’m so fucking angry and tired of this bullshit it’s time to remind these fuckers they work for us not the NRA or the gun industry. Rally on you college campus this Tuesday to demand stronger gun laws from your state legislature- especially if your school is near a state capitol.”

In February, Hogg suggested that not only do Americans not have the right to own a gun, but that the entire idea of individual gun ownership is “ridiculous.”

He later added in an unhinged rant,
“If someone goes nuts and kills me for saying this be sure to politicize the fuck out of my death and use it to pass as many gun laws as possible and reverse engineer FedSoc to take over the court system and overturn Heller and Bruen.”
“You are the male AOC,” said one reply.
