It’s been almost fifty years since I first laughed at the “Abby Normal” line in Mel Brook’s Young Frankenstein, and no matter how many times I see it, I still laugh, but realizing President Biden has an “Abby Normal” brain is funny and scary at the same time, just in time for Halloween.
