Officers went to Dragun’s room and heard loud music being played before warning her that if the disturbances didn’t stop, she would be forced to leave the property. Dragun reportedly closed the door on officers before opening it and asking security, “Do you want more?” Officers say Nikita then swung an open water bottle, causing water to hit and spill on both the security guard and the officer, resulting in her arrest.
Dragun was taken into custody and transported to the Miami Dade County Turner Gilford Knight Correctional Center charged with felony battery on a law enforcement officer, misdemeanor disorderly conduct and misdemeanor battery on the hotel security officer. Dragun was released after posting the $2,000 bond.
