[Video] Man Strolls Past Coronation Security, Goes Viral, Princess Kate Amused

In a now-viral video, an unidentified man needed to make an urgent run to the chemist (Pharmacy) on Frith Street in London’s posh Soho section, so somehow he walked past security and ended up next to Prince William and Princess Kate.

As he walked around some people chatting on the street corner, he looked confused, and a serious-looking bald man stopped him and asked what he was doing. The man showed him his bag, spoke a few words, and the man sent him on his way to the chemist.

Man Walks Past William and Kate

The hundreds of people standing behind the barriers didn’t tip him off that something serious was happening.

The man didn’t realize that he somehow managed to gain access to the inner security perimeter and walked through a royal appearance. The people he walked past were Prince William and Princess Kate Middleton.

The royal couple was there helping Londoners celebrate King Charles III’s coronation by visiting Dog and Duck pub to enjoy a lunchtime pint.

The crowd enjoyed the show and can be heard erupting with laughter, while Kate, clearly amused, grins as she steps back and looks at the man walking away as she realizes what’s happened.

The video was posted on TikTok and has now garnered 51.2 million views with the caption, “No amount of security was going to stop this man from getting where he needed to go.”

The video has done exceptionally well on social media, too, with many saying it reminds them of a “Mr. Bean” episode, with Rowan Atkinson walking through oblivious to what’s happening.
