Trump Vows to Bring America ‘Back From Hell,’ Calls Biden ‘Low IQ’
Former President Donald Trump shredded Joe Biden at a rally on Saturday, calling him a “low IQ individual” and a threat to democracy. With GOP primary voting scheduled to begin next month, Trump appeared fired up in front of his supporters in New Hampshire, where he made a vow to bring America “back from hell.”
“Joe Biden is a low-IQ individual. He is truly the worst, most incompetent, and most corrupt president in the history of our country,” Trump said during a speech in Durham, New Hampshire. His comments were aired and published by Newsmax.
“But with your vote in this election, together we’re going to save America, and we’re going to bring our country back from hell. It’s in hell. In hell. Not one thing has gotten better under crooked Joe Biden… Have we ever seen spirit like we have right now? I don’t think so. You know why? Because we gave them a chance and they’re destroying our country.”

Trump is currently leading the GOP field in New Hampshire primary polling by more than 25 points, according to RealClearPolitics. The first-in-the-nation vote is scheduled for Jan. 23–just one week after the Iowa Caucuses.
“We’re just 38 days away from New Hampshire’s first in the nation primary, and you know what? You’re first in the nation because I kept you first in the nation,” Trump said. “Unlike Biden, he didn’t keep your first in the nation — that we know.”
“On Tuesday, Jan. 2, we’re going to win the New Hampshire primary, and then we’re going to crush crooked Joe Biden next November, and we’re going to make America great again.”

Trump quoted Putin during a campaign speech

Later in his speech at the University of New Hampshire, Trump also attacked Biden as a “threat to democracy.” He referenced a series of comments made by Russian President Vladimir Putin critical of American politics, before adding, “They’re all laughing at us.”
“Remember this: Joe Biden is a threat to democracy. He’s a threat. Even Vladimir Putin — has anybody ever heard of Vladimir Putin of Russia? — says that Biden is, and this is a quote, ‘The politically motivated persecution of his political rival is very good for Russia because it shows the rottenness of the American political system, which cannot pretend to teach others about democracy.'” Trump told his supporters.
“So you know we talk about democracy, but the whole world is watching the persecution of a political opponent that’s kicking his a**. It’s an amazing thing. And they’re all laughing at us.”
Trump’s speech follows one day after Florida Governor Ron DeSantis made a visit of his own to the state, seeking to upstage the former President and stop former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley from gaining ground.
On Tuesday, Haley netted the endorsement of New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu, a vocal critic of the former president. During his rally, Trump said of Sununu,
“He’s endorsed somebody that can’t win, has no chance of winning… He’s a selfish guy who can’t get elected anything right now.”
