Donald Trump roasted “wacko” Robert de Niro on social media Wednesday, just one day after the Hollywood actor had a meltdown during a confrontation with the former President’s supporters in New York. De Niro, 80, had been tapped by the Biden campaign for a press conference out front of the Manhattan courthouse holding Trump’s trial. The bizarre event ended in a screaming fit by the liberal actor, however, after the audience started shouting taunts.
Trump weighed in early Wednesday morning, saying that De Niro had an “incurable case of Trump Derangement Syndrome.”
“I never knew how small, both mentally and physically, Wacko Former Actor Robert De Niro was. Today, De Niro, who suffers from an incurable case of TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME, commonly known in the medical community as TDS, was met, outside the Courthouse, with a force far greater than the Radical Left – MAGA. Robert, whose movies, artistry, and brand have gone WAY DOWN IN VALUE since he entered the political arena at the request of Crooked Joe Biden, looked so pathetic and sad out there. Where have you gone Joe DiMaggio!!!” ~ Donald Trump via Truth Social

Audience members jeered at De Niro as he spoke, with one person yelling, “F**k you! F**k you! You touch kids! You touch kids! You loser!” Another person shouted at the actor, “F**k you! Suck my d**k!”
The actor started walking away but lost his cool after one protester called him a “washup.”
“We’re trying to be gentlemen in this world, the Democrats. You are gangsters,” De Niro said. “You are gangsters! F**k you!”
“You’re a softy! You’re a nobody!” one Trump supporter shouted. “Your movies suck! You’re trash! You’re trash, you’re trash, you’re done! You’re done after this, my guy!”
De Niro had made an appearance outside the courthouse as part of the Biden campaign’s bid to capitalize on their opponent’s trial. He joined a slew of other “special guests” of Biden’s team who railed against the former President. His rant was widely mocked online after De Niro told the crowd that if Trump is re-elected, “this kind of government will perish from the Earth.”

“That’s why I’ve joined the Biden-Harris campaign,” De Niro announced. “Because the only way to preserve our freedoms and hold on to our humanity is to vote for Joe Biden for President. Really – we don’t have a choice.”

Trump’s team quickly seized on De Niro’s remarks and blasted the Biden campaign for their stunt.
“What you just heard from is a desperate and failing and pathetic campaign who knows that they are losing,” Trump spokesman Karoline Leavitt told reporters Tuesday. “Joe Biden’s sending his campaign outside of this criminal courthouse is a full-blown concession that this trial is a witch hunt that comes from the top, comes from Joe Biden,”
