Trump Delivers Fire and Fury at CPAC 2023, Pledges to ‘Obliterate’ Deep State and RINO ‘Freaks’

Former president Donald Trump delivered an explosive keynote CPAC address on Saturday, promising to “obliterate” the Deep State and declaring war on the “villains and scoundrels” of the Uniparty. The 2024 candidate closed the curtain on the four-day conservative conference, but not before hammering his critics with fire and fury and laying out his agenda for the next Trump White House.

“In 2016, I declared I am your voice,” the former president said. “Today, I add, I am your warrior. I am your justice. And for those who have been wronged and betrayed, I am your retribution.”

Trump’s remarks were met with resounding applause from a packed audience.

“With you at my side, we will demolish the deep state,” he told the crowd. “We will expel the war mongers… We will drive out the globalists, we will cast out the communists. We will throw off the political class that hates our country. They actually hate our country.”

The 45th president continued, denouncing the lawlessness of the Southern border and reiterating his calls for election integrity.

“We will beat the Democrats. We will rout the fake news media, we will expose and appropriately deal with the RINOs. We will evict Joe Biden from the White House, and we will liberate America from these villains and scoundrels once and for all.”

He then called out the conservative establishment, accusing them of failing America and naming several “freaks” and “fools” of the old Republican Party.

“We had a republican party that was ruled by freaks, Neocons, globalists, open borders, zealots and fools, but we are never going back to the party of Paul Ryan, Karl Rove and Jeb Bush.”

Trump also slammed the “entrenched political dynasties in both parties,” including that of “China-loving politician” Mitch McConnell.

Trump also pledged to “fire the unelected bureaucrats and shadow forces who have weaponized our justice system” upon retaking the White House and cutting funding for Ukraine and defending America’s borders instead. He also vowed to issue full pardons and an apology to January 6 detainees.

“Just read Trump’s prepared remarks and this is full-throated America First,” Jack Posobiec tweeted ahead of the address. “Trade, immigration, foreign policy. Putting American workers and American families FIRST.”

“Only ONE President has taken on the establishment in Washington. That President is Donald J. Trump,” Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake tweeted. “I can’t wait for him to get back into the White House to do it again!”

“Gotta love Trump,” another account wrote. “Definitely not going back to the old Republican Party of the good old boys. We are better than that.”

Trump released a video days before the speech outlining some of his new policy goals, including a “sweeping pro-American overhaul of our tax and trade policy.” He pledged to revoke China’s most-favored-nation status and hold it accountable for its role in creating the COVID-19 pandemic.
