A trans woman – born a biological male – is suing a yoga studio because the Manhattan business forced them to use the male locker room. Ali – birth name Dylan – Miles has filed more than three trans discrimination lawsuits in the last year, according to the New York Post.
Miles has not yet undergone plastic “bottom” surgery to create artificial female genitalia.

The Yoga Studio told Miles he wasn’t allowed in the women’s locker room. The transgender and biological male, who has male genitalia, decided to do so anyway – prompting backlash from the women using it.
“Female patrons … complained and yelled at Miles about Miles’ presence and use of the single-sex locker room and bathroom labeled women, and they demanded Miles leave and cease using the facilities.” ~ Filing from the Lawsuit

One witness claimed that other trans people using the women’s locker room hadn’t been an issue – but the strange and disturbing behavior patterns of Miles prompted concern. One witness alleges that Ali “Dylan” Miles would let his “junk” hang in front of the other women.
“This person who claims to be a transitioning woman came into the female locker room, number one, in male shorts that were down to his knees. Although there could be some hormonal addition because his bust is bigger than mine, he did not wear any feminine top to cover his bust,” the witness noted. “He also de-robed, and he is a full male. There’s 150% man. There were things hanging out.”
The Trans couple I know are always suing people or getting them fired or milking workman's comp.

Another witness in the case alleged that Dylan would be peeping – crouching near shower stalls while women were using them.
“It wasn’t even like he was just standing there. He was crouched down on the floor in front of the shower stalls. It was very uncomfortable for one of the women that was in there and she was completely naked.”

Another witness alluded to Miles’s peculiar habit of being involved in a business problem and promptly suing the business in response.
“This person started in immediately with reciting the law, and why would you do that? Because this person could see that there were other women, amongst myself, that were notably upset …This person, I don’t know if they come to these places to try to start a problem or whatever.”
Online, the reaction from most reasonable people – both left and right – has condemned Miles’s lawsuit and noted his creepy behavior. One user, however, said that Miles was “just trying to be happy like anyone else.”

The lawsuit says that Miles being forced to use the male restroom – around other people with similar genitalia – caused feelings of “shame, humiliation, and frustration.”
Law experts and attorneys close to the case have said that “[suing over “trans bathroom discrimination”] is definitely a trend you can expect to see,” especially after New York passed a bill requiring businesses to accommodate “all genders.”
