The Federalist Calls Out 61 Hacks Never to be Trusted Again Over Durham Report

The Justice Department on Monday released the report by Trump-era special counsel John Durham, the man tasked with reviewing the origins of the FBI’s investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election.

Four years after his probe began, Durham concluded that the Justice Department and FBI:

“Failed to uphold their important mission of strict fidelity to the law” about the events during the 2016 election.

Durham also found senior FBI personnel,

“Displayed a serious lack of analytical rigor toward the information they received, especially information received from politically affiliated persons and entities.”

And he concluded that the FBI had relied heavily on investigative leads provided by Trump opponents.

Durham’s 300-plus page report also states that the FBI used “raw, unanalyzed, and uncorroborated intelligence” to launch the “Crossfire Hurricane” investigation into Trump and Russia but used a different standard when weighing concerns about alleged election interference regarding Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

“Based on the review of Crossfire Hurricane and related intelligence activities, we conclude that the (Justice) Department and FBI failed to uphold their important mission of strict fidelity to the law in connection with certain events and activities described in this report.”

The report also concludes that “at least on the part of certain personnel intimately involved in the matter,” there was “a predisposition to open an investigation into Trump.”

In honor of the Durham Report release, the Federalist has compiled a list of 61 Hacks that should never be trusted again, and The Twitchy Team was very appreciative of all their hard work.

“We appreciate the folks at The Federalist for putting this list together. Not that we trusted them in the first place, but the Durham Report made it clear that Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, James Comey, James Clapper, Christopher Steele, Peter Strzok, and others were all in on the Russian collusion hoax and should never be trusted again.”

“As we’ve said before, we haven’t seen any reporters from the New York Times or the Washington Post rushing to return their Pulitzers for their “investigative” reporting into the “possible” collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.” “This handy list, though, also includes members of the media who were complicit (and will now pretend they weren’t). For example, when is CNN going to roll out its paid contributor and former FBI official Andrew McCabe to comment on the findings of the report? A bunch of the clowns behind this hoax went on to become “experts” on cable news.”

As for the FBI, they’ve already fixed all the issues with the Bureau, according to their latest Tweet,

There is much outrage that America has a two-tiered justice system, and no one is going to jail over the Durham Report.
