Palm Beach County Clerk of the Court advisory

We are working hard on a new Official Records system to serve you better! Check back here for the latest updates on the project.

Recording Services Will Be Unavailable August 25 & August  26

In-Person Services

In-person recording of documents will be unavailable starting at noon on Thursday, August 25, and will remain unavailable all day on Friday, August 26.

This downtime is necessary for the implementation of our new Official Records system.

  • You may leave documents with our office to be recorded when the new system is live.
  • Payment by check, money order, or escrow account must be included when leaving documents. No cash or credit cards.
  • We will record the documents once service is restored on Monday, August 29.

Copy requests will also be limited.

eRecording

Documents submitted for eRecording after noon on Wednesday, August 24, will be held until our systems are back up. Your document will be recorded once service is restored on Monday, August 29. Documents will be recorded in the order received.

Why are documents not being recording on August 25 and 26?

The Clerk’s office is implementing a new Official Records system that will provide additional features and services for our customers. In order to implement the new system, we must temporarily pause recording services. Our team is working hard to minimize the disruption to customers as much as possible. We appreciate your patience.
