Moms For America of Palm Beach County billed its Fourth of July event as a social, but it was more than that- It was a true celebration of America, its people, and our heritage.
A dozen political candidates were in attendance, but the stars of the day were the Moms, and their children, who celebrated America with as much enthusiasm as anyone ever has.
There was a bounce castle, pony rides, a balloon artist, music, and even a pirate ship.
I attended with my wife and son, and we had a blast.
Patriot Mom award was presented to Angela Templeton by Soraya Thornton, owner and designer of La Costa Organic Jewelry.

Templeton was recognized for her heart for the children of Palm Beach County and her effort to bring Conservative values to the PBC school board. Her work for Palm Beach County school board is notable in part because as a homeschool mom, she doesn’t have children in the public system. Angela was described as “giving and kind” and embodies the values of faith, family, and freedom that defines Moms For America PBC.

William Hernadez has his priorities straight.
Marina Hofman, the Palm Beach County chapter President of Moms For America, is a whirlwind of activity and enthusiasm. In less than six months, Hofman and her team have turned their chapter of Moms For America into a center for patriotic moms and families of all kinds.
I’ll give her some more time before I start dropping hints about running for office.
