Karine Jean-Pierre Says Trans people “Under Attack” After Radical Transgender Shooter Kills Six Christians

The White House, as part of an effort to condemn Republican actions on transgenderism, claimed the trans community was “under attack” just days after a mass shooting by a radicalized Transgender individual.

Karine Jean Pierre Thursday condemned Republicans for pressing ahead with laws banning sex change surgeries and hormones for kids and using biological standards for bathrooms by claiming it was taking away “freedoms.” Jean-Pierre also argued that the trans community was “under attack”  just six days after the Nashville Christian School Mass shooting, which a radicalized transgender person perpetrated,

“And one of the things we saw in the midterm election is people don’t want their freedoms to be taken, they want us to fight for their freedoms. And so it is shameful, it is disturbing, and our hearts go out to the trans community, as they are under attack right now.”

The statement sparked a massive backlash from moderates and conservatives.

Former President Trump’s son, Don Jr, took to Twitter to call out Jean-Pierre.

“Honestly fuck off, I’ve seen exactly ZERO sympathy for the Christian children shot up by the trans sociopath this weekend from the Biden Admin… Instead, I’ve seen a lot of victim blaming and empathy for the sociopathy coming from a growing militant part of this community.”

Conservative Pundit Charlie Kirk also weighed in, condemning the White House response.

“Just days after 6 Christians were murdered by a trans female, including three children, White House Press Sec. Karine Jean-Pierre: “Our hearts go out to the trans community, as they are under attack right now.”

Kirk also attached a video of President Biden, who laughed when asked if he thinks Christians were targeted and said he has “no idea.

RNC Research tweeted an audio clip of Jean-Pierre monologuing about “Transgender Day of Visibility,” which occurs every March 31st.

“Transgender Day of Visibility. It’s a day where we celebrate the joy strength and courage of transgender Americans and their families and loved ones who support them. These are Americans who serve in our military and help keep our nation safe and free and they’re Americans who help strengthen our communities and make them better. As you all know well, this community is under relentless attacks from republicans across the country rather than uplifting or supporting everyone in our community…. they want to target transgender Americans and take away their freedoms.”

RNC Research pointed out that there was  “No mention of the relentless attack at a Christian elementary school by a mentally ill murderer.”

At the same time, Jean-Pierre indicated that Biden would be on board with mass gun confiscation legislation, calling “assault weapons”  “weapons of war” that “should not be on the streets.” Biden has publicly pushed for an “assault weapons” ban for a long time, touting that he helped pass one in the nineties. The problem is there’s no solid evidence that it worked.

In short, while the Biden White House continues to ignore the potential motive and mental conditions that led to the shooting, they are laser-focused on a base-popular measure unlikely to work.
