Kari Lake: Biden Must ‘Go Through 75 Million Americans Just Like Me’ to Get Trump
Former Arizona Republican gubernatorial nominee and prominent conservative activist Kari Lake recently commented on the federal prosecution of Donald Trump, giving a bold warning to Biden and the DOJ by declaring that she and many of her supporters are “card-carrying members” of the National Rifle Association (NRA).
Lake started off her speech at the Georgia Republican Party convention with the following:
I have a message tonight for Merrick Garland, and Jack Smith, and Joe Biden, And the guys back there in the fake news media, you should listen up as well, this one’s for you.
Amid an intense silence from the audience, Lake looked toward the camera and announced:
If you wanna get to President Trump, you’re gonna have to go through me, and you’re gonna have to go through 75 million Americans just like me.
After the audience erupted in cheers and applause, Lake then specified:
And I’m gonna tell you, most of us are card-carrying members of the NRA, That’s not a threat, that’s a public service announcement.

Her declaration comes after former president Trump was indicted on 37 criminal charges relating to the classified documents that were stored at his Mar-a-Lago estate. The indictment states that Trump allegedly…
included information regarding defense and weapons capabilities of both the United States and foreign counties; United States nuclear programs; potential vulnerabilities of the United States and its allies to military attack; and plans for possible retaliation in response to foreign attack.
Washington Post reporter Isaac Arnsdorf reported on Lake’s speech in a tweet. Lake herself replied to the tweet doubling down, saying that she meant what she said.
I meant what I said.

A few users responded with curiosity, offering theories about a civil war potentially brewing due to the current political climate of the US.
This could cause a civil war, so you're not wrong.
However, I pray it doesn't come to that.
