The Bellville Police Department said that Garcia is accused of an attempted abduction in a 7-Eleven parking lot. The woman he allegedly tried to grab is unknown to Garcia, and she was not harmed.
Garcia noticed a Bellville officer drive by the failed kidnapping before getting in his truck and taking off, police said. This was when the chase began throughout the town.

The pursuit proceeded onto Highway 36 North before ending on Kenney Hall Road, where police say he stopped the truck, snorted large amounts of what’s believed to be cocaine, and was handcuffed.
Garcia was transported to a local hospital to treat his possible narcotic reaction.
Bellville police posted to Facebook on Friday about Garcia’s apparent connection to a murder case out of Houston, where police said he allegedly stabbed his wife to death.
