House Republican and Speaker Kevin McCarthy issued an ultimatum to Biden’s FBI director: hand over evidence of a bribery scheme involving President Biden or face contempt of Congress charges. The House speaker gave the FBI director, Chris Wray, a turnover deadline of Tuesday night.
So far, the document has not been handed over. While McCarthy has not formally introduced charges, the spat with Wray may mark the beginning of McCarthy holding the Biden administration accountable for its corruption – something he and other House Republicans have been pushing for since their inauguration in early 2023.

On May 3rd, the House Judiciary Committee issued a subpoena demanding the turnover of a document alleging that Biden was involved with a five million dollar bribe while he was vice president. The bribe reportedly relates to the Ukrainian natural gas company where Biden’s son acted as a top executive.
Since then, Wray has resisted all attempts to acquire the document despite it not being classified.
“The significant public interest in assessing the FBI’s response to this information, as well as growing concern about the DOJ and the FBI’s track record of allowing political bias to infect their decision-making process, necessitate exacting congressional oversight.” ~House Oversight Committee
While McCarthy has been extraordinarily lenient with the FBI, he drew a line in the sand after nearly a month of inaction. “We have jurisdiction over the FBI,” McCarthy told Fox and Friends early Tuesday, “I personally called Director Wray and told him he needs to send that document; today is the deadline.”
Christopher Wray needs to be impeached, removed from office, and prosecuted for treason.
All he’s done as FBI director is protect the interests of Democrats at the expense of truth and the American people.
Wray is a domestic terrorist — he has no place in US Government.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-KY, recently released an open letter to the FBI, revealing damning FBI interference in the investigation. Less than three weeks after Ukraine held a press conference detailing their investigation into the bribery scheme, the FBI “created or modified” the bribery document, which had been in their hands since 2020.
“It has been alleged that the document includes a precise description of how the alleged criminal scheme was employed as well as its purpose.” ~House Oversight Committee open letter
Comer and the House Oversight Committee then launched an attack against Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Biden Department of Justice, saying:
“The DOJ and the FBI appear to have valuable, verifiable information that you have failed to disclose to the American people.”

The refusal of Wray to hand over possibly damning evidence of President Biden’s criminal activity may be another entry into a series of corrupt and subversive attacks on the American republic. With the recent release of the Durham report, which detailed massive breaches of protocol and overt politically motivated persecutions of President Trump, his party, and his supporters, the FBI has now shed the mask of political neutrality.
Instead, the FBI now openly acts as the enforcement arm of the most powerful, corrupt, and dishonest elites that ever roamed the Earth – a globalist Stasi.
