Florida Man Robert W. Orr, 59, of Palm Coast is quickly adding Felony charges to his criminal record, and years to his prison sentence. The President of the Las Brisas Condominium Association located within the Matanzas Shores Community was re-arrested for video voyeurism after a third victim was found.

Flagler County Deputies continue to go thru hours of hidden video, finding more evidence that Orr was using hidden video equipment and secretly taping women at a condominium that he is a caretaker for as far back as 2018.
The case against Orr started when a female guest at the condo was packing up to leave when she discovered a USB Camera hidden in a flowerpot in the Master bedroom.

When Flagler detectives examined the camera, it showed two other victims who stayed at the condo, and video of Orr testing the camera at his residence before concealing it in the flowerpot.
Detectives obtained a search warrant for Orr’s residence where they found several spy cameras along with other electronic devices.
Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly had a few comments about Orr:
“This pervert installed video cameras in a condo he was caretaker for so he could view people inside without their knowledge or consent. It’s a disgusting invasion of privacy.” Our major case detectives did great work to get this pervert in handcuffs and taken to the green roof inn”
“I’m urging anyone who has allowed Orr unsupervised access into their home to check for secret recording devices and to contact us right away if they find anything suspicious.”
Orr turned himself in at the Flagler County Jail and was later released after posting $20,000 Bond
