Jacksonville, Fla. — Tony Ricardo, candidate for Duval County School Board District 1, announced the endorsement of Governor Ron DeSantis.

“I’m happy to endorse Tony Ricardo for school board in Duval County,” said Governor DeSantis. “Tony is a candidate who is committed to fighting for schools to get back to the fundamentals. Tony has pledged to serve on school board with a focus on student success, parental rights, and curriculum transparency. We want the best for our children and I’m confident Tony will build upon the success we’ve had here in Florida.”

Tony is a former educator, longtime Duval County resident, and faithful member of First Coast Christian Center. He has owned and operated Ricardo Designs, a custom sign, graphics, and commercial art studio, since 1992.
