According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office report, the realtor went to show her client’s home last Monday and called Polk County 911 after she saw a strange car parked in the driveway and witnessed two people having sex in the pool. She told the dispatcher that the residence should have been vacant and that no one had permission to be at the home, and she would prosecute.
When Polk County deputies arrived, they found the couple behind the residence. The woman, who was identified as Victoria Colon, told deputies she didn’t know the homeowners; and admitted to going there to have sex with the man, Joshua Jones, according to their report.

When deputies asked what was going on, “Colon advised she did not believe they were doing anything wrong,” the report said.
Deputies said they searched the couple incident to arrest, and lo and behold found a small plastic baggie with a white crystal-like substance in Mr. Jones’ possession. The powder later tested positive for methamphetamine. Colon was not found with anything illegal on her person
Ms. Colon was arrested for trespassing in a structure or conveyance. And transported to the Polk County jail and later released when she posted a $250 bond.
Jones had other problems than just trespassing in a structure or conveyance, and he was also charged with possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported and booked into the Polk County Jail, then released when he posted a total of $1,750 bond.
