Florida November Housing Prices

The industry group Florida Realtors last week released a report that said the statewide median sales price for single-family existing homes in October was $400,000. Here were the median sales prices by metropolitan statistical area:

— Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach: $550,000

— North Port-Sarasota-Bradenton: $500,000

— Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford: $427,250

— Punta Gorda: $412,000

— Cape Coral-Fort Myers: $400,000

— Port St. Lucie: $400,000

— Crestview-Fort Walton Beach-Destin: $398,000

— Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater: $395,000

— Jacksonville: $385,000

— Palm Bay-Melbourne-Titusville: $355,000

— Sebastian-Vero Beach: $353,000

— The Villages: $353,000

— Deltona-Daytona Beach-Ormond Beach: $350,000

— Panama City: $350,000

— Lakeland-Winter Haven: $337,900

— Gainesville: $326,400

— Tallahassee: $315,000

— Pensacola-Ferry Pass-Brent: $314,900

— Ocala: $275,000

— Homosassa Springs: $270,000
