Animal enforcement investigators responded and found two dead dogs at the home that were skinny and still tied up. They found a third dog that was severely emaciated that is now being cared for by veterinarians.

Sheriff’s investigators said the owner of the dogs was not allowed to be at the home but was taking dog food over to the house. Unfortunately, Investigators said Swindoll used the food to take care of his dogs but let the others starve to death.

Brevard Deputies arrested Swindoll on three counts of felony aggravated animal cruelty and three counts of misdemeanor confinement without food or water.

He was transported to the Brevard County Jail, where Sheriff Wayne Ivey greeted him in his usual style.

“He deserves to be treated like he treated those poor helpless pups, let them starve to death,” said Ivey.
