Frankly, Bill and I have many things in common. He is a small business owner who has been a leader in his community in South Florida for over 30 years. He is a common-sense problem solver who understands how important good employees are for his business. Locally, over 60 people work in his company. Bill believes in his people, and shows it by providing education and training opportunities for employees as a pathway to promotions and achieving their own ‘American Dream’.
