The industry group Florida Realtors this week released a report that said the statewide median sales price for single-family existing homes in February was $395,000. Here were the median sales prices by metropolitan statistical area:
— Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island: $775,000
— Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach: $552,000
— North Port-Sarasota-Bradenton: $490,000
— Cape Coral-Fort Myers: $447,500
— Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford: $415,000
— Crestview-Fort Walton Beach-Destin: $410,000
— Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater: $389,995
— Port St. Lucie: $388,578
— Punta Gorda: $370,000
