On Tuesday, Representative Jim Comer, R-Ky. and Senator Chuck Grassley, R-Ia. revealed bombshell allegations that President Joe Biden was involved in an illegal pay-for-play scheme with a foreign country when he served as Vice President under President Obama.
The letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland does not give essential details, such as what foreign country is involved, how much Biden was paid, or what policy adjustments were allegedly made on behalf of the foreign country, but Comer and Grassley called the allegations “very serious and detailed.”

Comer and Grassley expressed concerns that the FBI has not adequately handled or investigated the allegations, saying that past evidence of political bias makes congressional oversight necessary.
“What we don’t know is what, if anything, the FBI has done to verify these claims or investigate further. The FBI’s recent history of botching politically charged investigations demands close congressional oversight.”
The two demanded a copy of an FD-1023 form that they believe contains evidence of the explosive allegations. An FD-1023 form is a form that describes a conversation between the FBI and a confidential source.
‘We have received legally protected and highly credible unclassified whistleblower disclosures. Based on those disclosures, it has come to our attention that the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) possess an unclassified FD-1023 form that describes an alleged criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions,’ the senators write.

‘It has been alleged that the document includes a precise description of how the alleged criminal scheme was employed as well as its purpose.’ They further said.

Comer and Grassley further said that they were not aware of any steps taken by the FBI or Department of Justice to investigate the crime, which according to their description, would amount to one of the most significant scandals in American history if it was substantiated.
They also reiterated concerns that they say are shared by other Americans that the ‘FBI’s track record of allowing political bias to infect their decision-making process necessitates exacting congressional oversight,” again opening the door to a potentially significant Congressional investigation.
Comer and Grassley are likely referencing recent claims by a DoJ whistleblower that Attorney General Merrick Garland actively interfered with an IRS investigation into President Biden’s son, Hunter Biden.

Comer said it was necessary for more transparency into the issue so that the American people would know if Biden’ sold out the United States.

A White House Spokesperson promptly responded to the allegations, saying that they are untrue and that Biden has offered unprecedented transparency into his finances.
‘When it comes to President Biden’s personal finances, anybody can take a look: he has offered unprecedented transparency, releasing a total of 25 years of tax returns to the American public.’ said Iam Sams.
