Biden Bikes During Border Crisis, Laughs at Invasion He Allowed

After delivering a politically charged commencement address at Howard University, President Biden was interviewed during a bike ride at Rehoboth Beach, where he laughed off questions about the ongoing border crisis.

So far, Biden has spent 331 days, 40% of his presidency, on vacation with no visitor logs.

Title 42, a Trump-era policy that forced migrants seeking asylum to remain in Mexico while their immigration case worked its way through the system, expired last week with the official end of the COVID-19 emergency.

According to Arizona Senator Kyrsten Sinema, the Biden Administration had no plan going into the expiration to handle the predicted influx.

 

“What’s unfortunate is that I’m asking for that information, and I’m not getting it. So either the administration has that information and they’re choosing not to share it, which is a problem since we’re the ones that are going to deal with the crisis, or they don’t have it and that’s even more concerning because how do you prepare for an inflow of migrants when you don’t know what you’re going to expect?”

Since the expiration, thousands of illegal immigrants passed through the migrant processing center in El Paso, Texas, on Friday; virtually all of the illegals were military-age males, the Gateway Pundit reports. A migrant child died in US custody on the day of the expiration by an unspecified cause.

The Pundit also reported that the Department of Homeland Security had forced officers to work all weekend to deal with the influx of illegal aliens.

During a recent impromptu interview with Fox, Biden seems largely unconcerned.

 

“How do you think things are going at the border?” a reporter asked Biden on Sunday.

“Much better than you all expected. Ha ha ha,” Biden said.

“Do you have any plans to visit the border?” the reporter asked.

“Not in the near term. No. It would just be disruptive.” Biden said.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has also said Biden has planned no trips to the border.

Observers on Twitter were none too happy with Biden’s answers.

Footage from the border confirms the situation.

On-the-ground reporting has also revealed that border authorities are engaging in mass releases, despite Jean-Pierre’s insistence that mass releases were not happening.

“[W]e heard Karine Jean–Pierre…say during that WH press briefing that mass releases are not happening here at the southern border…[T]hat is categorically false. That is not the reality of what’s happening.”

 

Even among the chaos, Jean-Pierre attempted to blame Republicans for the crisis.

It should be noted that Republicans did not directly call for personnel firings but general budget cuts, believing policy issues, not insufficient funding bring on the border crisis.

Nevertheless, Jean-Pierre also insisted that the White House is currently doing everything it can to get a handle on the situation.
