Trump endorsed a myriad of other hopeful Republican representatives but conspicuously did not endorse an attorney general.
Trump also has not yet endorsed Governor Ron DeSantis either, nor is it clear that he will. Both Trump and DeSantis are poised to make a bid for the White House, but neither has announced a campaign, potentially explaining Trump’s silence. However, Trump may also not find it necessary or simply too early. Nothing is for sure, only that if he does endorse DeSantis, DeSantis has a statistically good shot of taking the win.
