Martin County Drug Unit investigators identified the pair of suspects as key players in the ongoing sale and distribution of cocaine and methamphetamine in the Treasure Coast area.

“Late Friday night, the ladies expected to land a lucrative drug sale. But that sale turned out to be a bust as both women were arrested,” deputies said in a release.

According to the sheriff’s office, undercover detectives with the Martin County Sheriff’s Office set up a drug deal with the pair. The two ladies were quite surprised and disappointed, to say the least, when they were arrested instead of getting their big payoff. Fluckes and Rosetti were in possession of 224 grams of methamphetamine and 14 grams of cocaine, and Narcan when they were arrested.

When Special Investigations Detectives conducted a search at the women’s Stuart hotel room, they also found 16 grams of fentanyl and the couple’s own personal supply of Narcan,” the release states. You can never be too careful. When you handle large amounts of narcotics like Fentanyl, it’s good to have a large supply of Narcan on hand so you don’t end up dying.

Fluckes and Rosetti were transported to the Martin County Jail where they were charged with trafficking methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine, delivery of cocaine, tampering with evidence, and resisting arrest. They are currently being held without bond.

Due to the dangerous types and large amounts of narcotics involved, the Martin County Sheriff’s Office predicts that the two suspects will be behind bars for at least 15 years.
