We’re not staying home anymore, and neither should you. Get away from your pallor-inducing computer screen, go outside, and shop. Emerald and I fanned out across Palm Beach County to bring you our 10 favorite shops. Shopping, lunching, and evaluating is a tough job, but someone has to do it.

2. Restoration Hardware | 560 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach 33401 | 561-804-6826 | rh.com
A majestic four-level building filled with plush home furnishings is presented in a gallery setting. I always feel a sense of zen when I am here. Whether looking for indoor or outdoor furniture, everywhere you look is staged to perfection. It’s no wonder why this location is so popular with the Instagram and Tik Tok crowd. After all that shopping, when you reach the top floor, the RH Rooftop restaurant has a delicious menu ( the truffle fries are a must), spectacular views, and beautiful, comfortable furniture.
3. Gucci | 150 Worth Ave, Space 137, Palm Beach 33480 | 561-655-6955 | gucci.com
I will never forget when my parents came back from Italy in 1980, where they bought me my very first Gucci bag. That was it. Whether it is one of their timeless traditional designs or a cutting-edge collaboration, you can never go wrong with Gucci. It is a classic that never fails. What makes their shop on Worth so enjoyable is the selection of bags, belts, shoes, sunglasses, and clothing, but the people who work there are just as charming as the label. Gucci’s first global tagline still rings true today: “Quality is remembered long after price is forgotten.”

4. The Palm Beach Book Store | 215 Royal Poinciana Way, Palm Beach 33480 | 561-659-6700 | thepalmbeachbookstore.com
Down the street from the iconic Breakers Hotel is another island gem- the Palm Beach Bookstore. As an avid reader (for convenience, I take my Kindle with me when I travel), nothing beats the book’s touch, feel, and smell. It’s easy to spend a large chunk of time in this cozy store. It is chock full of perfectly chosen collections in seemingly every popular category and a fabulous selection of Rizzoli books. They also hold author book signings and talks. If you love books, you should not miss The Palm Beach Bookstore.
5. Holden Luntz Gallery/JL Modern Gallery | 332 & 324 Worth Avenue, Palm Beach 33480 | 561-805-9550 | holdenluntz.com
I could honestly live in either of these galleries. To be surrounded by such incredible fine art photography is pure bliss. With exhibitions rotated periodically and photographers coming in to speak, both perfectly curated galleries complement each other wonderfully. The owner, Holden and Jodi Luntz, their daughter Jane, and Gabriel Gordon are so incredibly knowledgeable and engaging that you won’t want to leave once you start talking with them. These galleries are a Palm Beach “must visit.”
6. Spice | 521 East Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach 33483 | 561-562-8869
If you had a friend who travels the world, loves to entertain, and has a sexy, boho style, this would be the store she would open. Located on Atlantic Avenue, Spice carries intriguing, beautiful items like hand-made throws and pillows, lamps, purses, unique items for the home, jewelry, candles, and books. Everything is tastefully displayed, much is imported from Italy, and the craftsmanship is inspired. Spice is a perfect place for gifts that will “wow” any hostess.

7. La Collection Privée Dior Fragrance Boutiques | Neiman Marcus Store | Town Center | Boca Raton | 561-417-5151 | [email protected]
Tucked into the first floor of Neiman Marcus is a very exclusive ( only eleven located in the United States) elegant boutique carrying perfumes, candles, and bath/body products from the Collection Privee. Different than the regular Dior fragrances carried in most department stores. Ambre Nuit is the best seller, and for a good reason. So beloved that customers have been known to buy by the dozen to never go without. 34 scents with enticing names like Gypsy Rose, Belle De Jour, and Patchouli Imperial. The gift packaging is sublime and will thrill your niece, the Tik Tok star, and your chic Grandmother.
8. Crumbl Cookies | 546 E. Woolbright Rd., Boynton Beach 33435 | 561-536-7310 | Crumblcookies.com
Why is a cookie shop on this list? Because they are that good! Located at Boynton Beach Sunshine Square (with another in Palm Beach Gardens). A lovely pink shop with their delicious cookies displayed for you to choose from. Each week, the menu changes with fun options like Blue Monster, Cornbread, Salted Caramel Cheesecake, Funfetti, Galaxy Brownie, and the always offered classics Sugar and Chocolate Chip. These are oversized, scrumptious treats worth every calorie. I pray they never open a store in Boca Raton because I will not be able to resist them.
9. Sugarboo & Co. | 347 Plaza Real, Boca Raton 33432 | 561-465-2407 | Sugarbooandco.com
If you are ever in a bad mood, I suggest you stroll over to Sugarboo & Co at Mizner Park, Boca Raton. Between the yummy, cozy furnishings and the upbeat and inspiring messages displayed on wall art, note cards, and assorted items, Sugarboo is a happy place. Family run with ten stores and a farm dedicated to supporting small artisans. The store is beautifully decorated with plants, natural fibers, and aged wood. The staff is amiable and helpful—an excellent spot for paper goods, home decor, jewelry, and pet gifts.
10. Gourmet Market | 2800 North Federal Highway, Boca Raton 33431 | 561-609-2686 | Gourmetmarketboca.com
Some people were born with the gene to be in Retail. The owners of the Gourmet Market, Nicolas, and Catherine, belong to that category. They are so welcoming and friendly. The shop is full of the most delicious imported foods, from their complete selection of Kusmi Teas ( a personal favorite), wines, cookies, linens, and beauty products. There are tables to eat sandwiches and charcuterie plates made by the owners. Great gift baskets are available, and a divine selection of frozen desserts and appetizers in case you have unexpected guests—an extraordinary place.
